You can get a lot of online help from the New Student Guide and the FAQ. Remember to view the animations if you wish to find out how to access the various systems.
For information related to ResNet (i.e. networking in student accommodation) you can get this from SU/warden. There is also some information in the IT Services Student guide section 19. You would have been given this in your induction. A copy is available in the computer labs above the library or online from here
You will also be able to enhance your computer skills by using one of the many worksheets available either in print from the labs or available online from here. All the worksheets follow the ECDL syllabus. If you need further information about the ECDL go to the ECDL link on this site
When working on the worksheets supplied by the Faculty you will find the files needed for the exercises in the S:/HSC/STUDENT folder.
