The purpose of this
course is to support you in learning about synapses and neurotransmitters
and to help you understand their significance in health and illness. The
activities and information can be accessed in many different ways although
the table of contents does offer a logical sequence. All healthcare students
whether on pre- or post-qualifying courses should find all or some of
the activities useful. You can see at a glance in the table below any
topics you might want to begin with. Don't miss all the other items which
